Friday Finds May 17, 2019

May 18, 2019

Most Friday’s I’ll help you start your weekend with some soulful, soul-filled, soul-provoking pieces.

  • Kristin, a fellow hope*writer, just released this amazing guided journal, and I am in love! Described as the “journal [that] will provide you with space, tools, and reflective questions to meet you where you are and help guide you in creating new paths and new growth for yourself,” I’m so excited to share it with you. Anyone interested in starting a journal/book club this summer where we have some weekly discussions over the content? I’ll post more details about this soon, but if you’re interested, definitely let me know. And here’s the link to snag your own copy!

  • Meg Magnusson – Intentional Living for the Soul-Filled Life is talking about transitioning from kids in school to summer-time schedule. If you’ve followed any of my recent Instagram stories, this has been on my mind, too! I love her themed weekly tool, and I think you’ll definitely want to check this out.

  • Renee’ shares about taming our inner critic by reframing our self-narratives. This reframing has been such an important part of my own mental health journey, and I think you’ll learn a lot from her example in this post.

I hope your weekend has started well and that you will find fun, rest, and encouragement.

Much love, Allison
